These boots are weather resistant. The fabric is excellent at blocking out cold weather but is not specifically designed to be waterproof. There are aftermarket sprays which can be applied to the fabric to make them waterproof.

Our slippers and boots run true to size however those with bigger / wider feet should order a size up for increased comfort.

For half sizes it is recommended to order the next size up.

Heating elements are located below the feet embedded in the sole of the shoe/slipper.

For best use, the battery should be fully charged before use, storage, and used at least once every 3 months thereafter.

When empty, the battery will take about 4 hours to fully charge.
